Refund Policy
This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:
Gourmet Solutions will issue a refund for any service that fails to meet the customers expectations.
Refund request will be entertained only if the complaint is filed within 5 business days from the date of fixing the coffee machine.
Refund request will be processed within 2 business days from the date of complaint received.
Refund amount takes 5-7 days from the date of processing, to reflect in the bank account
